WILLIAM J. AASE, born in Eau Claire, WI grew up primarily in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a Cum Laude graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN (1997).  After earning his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Aase attended an the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, FL, where he graduated Cum Laude in May 2000.  While attending law school, Mr. Aase worked with the University of Miami Football team.   He also gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Insurance Defense firm of Hightower & Rudd.  Mr. Aase served as a student attorney in the Dade County Public Defender’s Office (Felony Division).  Mr. Aase returned to Minnesota after graduating law school and was hired by the personal injury law firm Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A.  In 2002, Mr. Aase formed the Law Firm of Aase & Kirscher, PLLC, specializing in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.  In October 2007, the Law Office of Aase and Kirscher and The Engel Firm merged to form the new firm Aase, Engel & Kirscher, PLLC.

Mr. Aase enjoys navigating people through difficult times. With his focus on personal injury and criminal defense he has assisted hundreds of client’s with their legal needs.  In 2006, Mr. Aase was named a “Rising Star” by his peers as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers under 40 years old in Minnesota.  Mr. Aase is involved with several organizations including: Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Volunteer Lawyers Network.
